What is Verso material made of?

Verso uses 92.5% sterling silver material, then coated / plated with 18K yellow gold or rose gold.

How to measure my ring size?

Can I change the ring size that I have purchased?

You can change ring size with additional fee. However, please note that there are some ring designs that can not be resized because it will affect changes to the design. Please contact our Personal Shopper for further service.

How do I take care of my Verso jewelry?

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour for vermeil and silver pieces. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

How to service my Verso Jewelry?

Verso only accepts service and replating jewelry from Verso itself. Please send the items you want to service or replate to our address. Please send us an email at versojewellery@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +62818 0898 8989 for further information.

Shipping

What are your delivery options?

Verso partners with shipper.id for all deliveries to customers, both domestic and international. All shipments will be insured, and our team will help track shipments to customers.

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

Will I be charge duties and taxes?

International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website.
It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

What do i do if I receive the wrong order?

If you believe you have received incorrect or defective items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team via email at versojewellery@gmail.com immediately with your order number so we can try to rectify the problem for you asap.

Payment

What are the payment methods?

Verso offers range of payment methods; you may pay via bank transfer (BCA), or credit card (visa and master card). To secure the purchase, you have 24 hours to complete the payment for the order to be processed.

How do discount codes work?

Simply enter the discount code by using the Have a discount code? button found in cart! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Verso has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

Can I update my order / address?

If you entered the wrong address at the time of placing your order or would like to amend your items in your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately via email to versojewellery@gmail.com or chat to our Whatsapp +62818 0898 8989 with your order number.

Please double check that all address and billing details are entered correctly at the time of check out as we are not liable to replace or resend your parcel if the shipment is returned to sender due to wrong address entered.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns and refunds in all orders. Exchanges are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 5 days and MUST include its original packaging, and a receipt of purchase. Please contact versojewellery@gmail.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for exchange and we will then issue you a quote.


In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number) involved for returning the item. Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
