Every pieces are hand-crafted from sterling silver. There are some options for the finishing that suit your style. Silver – which is the real color from the material it self, black or oxidized, gold and rose gold – which we plated with gold 24k.

> Delivery Time

Processing time

It takes only 1-2 business days (after payment) to process your order. 

Delivery time

Orders within Indonesia, will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Shipping rates are calculated directly from JNE and will be shown upon checkout. Delivery within Indonesia takes approximately 1-5 working days.

International orders are delivered via EMS. However if you wish to ship with other courier, please leave some notes on the check out. International shipping rates andtimes may vary depending on location.

Insurance is available for an extra fee with your order. Please be sure to request this and leave some noted on the check out.

> Jewelry Care

Avoid your jewelry coming into contact with moisture such as perfume, water andbody lotions. When you are not wearing it, store your jewelry in individual, air-tight plastic bags to prevent it from tarnishing.

> Repair Service

Due to natural wear and over time, your jewelry may need to be professionally polished, repaired and reconditioned or reset. Please leave us a message at +62 87 889 889 896 for any reconditioning requests and a quote. After the product is received, reconditioning can take up to 7 working days.

> Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and refunds in all orders. Exchanges are accepted until 5 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 5 days and MUST include its original packaging, and a receipt of purchase. Please contact +62 87 889 889 896 immediately to address your request and include a reason for exchange and we will then issue you a quote.

In the event of a valid exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs(including a secure tracking number) involved for returning the item.  Those returneditems that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you atyour expense. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
